Michael R. Fernandes

Michael Fernandes is the founder of ‘The Culture L.O.C.U.S.’ and its Consulting Director. He is a Learning, Talent and Organisation Development consultant, coach and facilitator with wide experience in helping clients execute business strategy through HR. Convinced that organisational culture trumps strategy execution, he founded ‘The Culture L.O.C.U.S’ to enable clients to shape their organisational culture as a strategic asset, partnering with the leadership team. Michael’s consulting experience spans Big-Four and global firms — EY, PwC Consulting and IBM Business Consulting Services. He led consulting lines of business accountable for revenue, project delivery and senior client stakeholders across Indian, MNC and government clients.

Michael’s consulting is grounded in industry roles leading Leadership Development and Learning & Talent globally: in the Essar Group, Essel Propack and CRISIL, he has led Learning & OD, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Performance Management Systems. Michael designs and facilitates leadership-collaboration (including Five Dysfunctions of a Team interventions) and culture-alignment workshops for intact leadership teams. He coaches senior and mid-level managers using tools such as Hogan Assessments, Clifton StrengthsFinder and Belbin Team Profiles.

He holds an MBA-HR from XLRI Jamshedpur (Dr Keith C. D’souza was one of his favourite professors), is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and is currently pursuing an ICF ACC certification.

Dr. Keith C. D’souza

Dr. Keith C. D’Souza, Director of Keith D’souza and Associates, is an experienced organisation-development practitioner and management educator, with more than four decades spent designing and facilitating leadership, management and behavioural-science programmes. He is a Co-Founder in ‘The Culture L.O.C.U.S.’ and is its Associate Principal Consultant.

He has built and delivered leadership-development and executive personal-growth programmes for many of India’s leading corporates and for government and public institutions for over 45 years. He is certified in Situational Leadership (Ken Blanchard) and as a Pfizer ‘Leading Edge’ leadership trainer. That craft is grounded in senior corporate experience — as VP for Organisation Development at Wockhardt, Director of Organisation Effectiveness at Pfizer, CHRO of Epicenter Technologies, AVP-HRD at Ion Exchange (India) Ltd, and Country HR Head of DHL Worldwide Express (India), giving him a first-hand feel for how leadership behaviour and culture actually change inside large, complex organisations. He was a founder member of the National HRD Network, and co-founder and the first full-time Executive Director of the Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad.

Dr D’souza is a post-graduate in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, and Fellow (doctorate) in Organisational Behaviour from IIM Ahmedabad. He has held professorships at XLRI Jamshedpur, at S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), Mumbai, and visiting professorships at S.P. Jain School of Global Management, Dubai and Singapore. He is currently a visiting professor at XLRI Delhi, SPJIMR, Academy of HRD, Ahmedabad, and Masters’ Union, Delhi.

Pankaj Sinha

Pankaj Sinha has led regional HR and then led a business (Managing Director, Executive Director) for Schindler Group in various companies. He is a Consulting Partner of ‘The Culture L.O.C.U.S.’ and the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of StratPartners International. He combines the perspective of a chief executive with deep senior-HR experience, built over three decades of leading and transforming businesses. That includes more than ten years in senior leadership roles across Africa, where he turned around and grew multi-country operations — direct, operating-level exposure to the scale and pace of change that ambitious groups face. He has worked across Africa, the Middle East and India.

He works today as an executive coach and mentor to CEOs and senior teams, partnering with founder-led and family-owned organisations across the GCC, India and Africa to transform high-potential businesses and drive change from the top down. His work with these organisations includes facilitated coaching and development on an individual as well as team level. Having served on the boards of several companies and industry bodies, he brings a boardroom view of governance and leadership decision-making that translates naturally into ExCo and senior-team.

Pankaj is a post-graduate in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur (Dr Keith C. D’souza was also a favourite professor of his), a postgraduate from IMD Lausanne in Executive Management, Strategy and Change and a Certified Coach from Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Randall Livingston

Ernie Goyette

Voice Actor | Improv Comedy Instructor | Communication & Performance Coach, San Diego

Ernie Goyette is a full-time professional voice actor and educator based in San Diego, California with global credits and over two decades of creative industry experience. Known for his authentic, conversational delivery, he brings technical precision and storytelling expertise to voiceover and coaching. As an instructor at National Comedy Theatre, Ernie teaches improv to students of all ages, helping them build confidence, adaptability, and clear communication through humor, collaboration, and performance.
